West Essex FC

West Essex Football Club (WEFC) is based in Fairfield, New Jersey, serving the West Essex area with youth soccer programs for a wide range of ages. The club competes in multiple leagues including the Northern Counties Soccer Association (NCSA) and the Elite Development Program (EDP). WEFC offers a progression of programs from entry-level Futures and Pre-Academy through competitive travel teams, as well as supplemental training and ID sessions. The club has notable recent achievements including NCSA Cup champions and finalists in 2025, and produced the first WEFC player selected to the NJ Olympic Development Program. WEFC operates out of multiple field complexes in Essex and Fairfield, New Jersey.
