How do I claim my club?
Search for your club on ClubScout, then click the "Claim This Club" button on your club's profile page. You'll be asked to verify your identity through your club's official email domain. Once verified, you'll have full control over your listing.
What if my club isn't listed?
If your club doesn't appear in our directory yet, contact us and we'll add it. We're constantly expanding our database to include every youth soccer club in the Northeast. Once your club is listed, you can claim it right away.
Can I try before I pay?
Absolutely. Every club on ClubScout has a free listing that's always available at no cost. Your club will appear in search results and have a basic profile page. You can upgrade to Verified or Premium at any time to unlock additional features.
How does verification work?
Verification confirms that you're an authorized representative of the club. We verify ownership through your club's official email domain (e.g., @yourclub.com). Once verified, your listing displays a verified badge so parents know the information is accurate and official.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
