Washingtonville Soccer Club was founded in 1972 in Rock Tavern, NY with the purpose of nurturing the passion for soccer in children and their families. For over 40 years, the club has operated on its own fields at Shaw Road since the early 1980s. WSC offers both recreational and travel programs for all ages and skill levels, emphasizing fundamentals of play, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. The club is a member of the East Hudson Youth Soccer League and Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association. Travel teams compete in the Hudson Valley Youth Soccer League with games typically within an hour of the club's location.
