About
Washington Premier FC (WPFC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) youth soccer club based in Puyallup, Washington (near Tacoma/Seattle area), formed from the merger of FC Royals and FC United. The club traces its roots back to 1971 when Dan Swain founded some of the first girls soccer teams in Pierce County, giving it over 50 years of combined history. WPFC competes at elite levels including ECNL Boys and National Premier Leagues, and offers a wide range of programs from recreational soccer to college development pathways. The club's mission centers on developing character, athletic, academic, and leadership abilities, with a strong track record of sending student-athletes to college on scholarships. WPFC operates its own complex featuring 8 grass fields on 25 acres and 3 lighted turf fields in Puyallup, WA.
