US Soccer Heroes

US Soccer Heroes is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded in 2008 in Guttenberg, NJ, that began as a friendly rivalry between Jersey City Police and Fire Departments. Under founder Coach Alex Lalaoui's guidance, the organization uses soccer to enact positive social change by supporting first responders and their families in need. The club organizes tournaments for law enforcement and first responders, runs emergency fundraisers during community crises, and hosts free youth soccer classes. All members and organizers are volunteers who have raised tens of thousands of dollars for local first responder families since inception.
