About

US Soccer Heroes is a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Guttenberg, NJ, founded in 2008 by Coach Alex Lalaoui. What started as a friendly rivalry between Jersey City Police and Fire Departments has grown into an organization serving first responders and the civilian community. The organization uses soccer to enact positive social change, organizing tournaments for local first responders in need, running emergency fundraisers, and hosting free youth soccer classes. Since inception, they have raised tens of thousands of dollars for local first responder families, with all members and organizers serving as volunteers.
