Toronto Skillz is a semi-professional soccer club founded in 2008 in southeast Toronto (formerly Scarborough). The club follows the European football model with players training 4-5 times per week for 11 months per year. Their first team plays in League 1 Ontario (2nd division of Canadian Soccer Pyramid) while their second team plays in Ontario Soccer League. The club operates a comprehensive youth academy starting at age 7, with a strong focus on developing players for university, college, and professional opportunities abroad, particularly in Europe through their German Player Path program.
