The Woodlands Club is a family-oriented, year-round private club established in 1988 in Falmouth, Maine, just minutes from downtown Portland. Founded by developers Jim Vamvakias and Bob DeRice with a vision of offering year-round amenities for every family member, the club features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jim and George Fazio. The club distinguishes itself by offering comprehensive facilities including golf, racquets, fitness, aquatics, and dining, along with summer day camps for children. As Maine's finest member-owned country club, it has hosted numerous state and regional championships and four Hogan/Nike Tour events.
