The Inner Athlete is a multi-sports education program in Hoboken, NJ founded by Lisa, a former television producer who earned a Master's degree in Physical Education and Health. Located at 720 Monroe St, the club offers sports classes, camps, and parties for children ages 18 months and up. Their mission focuses on creating a fun, non-competitive environment that promotes self-confidence through sport and movement. The program features specialized small group coaching and includes activities in soccer, baseball, golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and lacrosse.
