About
Soaring Capital Soccer Club was founded in 1984 and has been the Southern Tier's premier travel soccer program for 40 years. Based in Elmira, NY, the club serves players from U8 to U19 across Schuyler, Chemung, and Steuben Counties in New York, plus the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. The club features US Soccer Certified coaches and offers year-round training with practices at Notre Dame High School and an indoor facility on Philo Rd in Horseheads. They recently expanded to include semi-professional UPSL men's and women's teams, demonstrating their commitment to providing the highest level of competition in the region.
