About
Sidekick Sports Academy is a professional multi-sport organization founded in 2012 (originally as Sidekick Soccer Academy) and based in Greater Boston, Massachusetts. The academy expanded from soccer to multiple sports in 2016, now offering programming in basketball, flag football, futsal, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, and track & field. Their mission focuses on community development through recreational and competitive sports programs, serving players of all skill levels including children with special needs and adults with disabilities. The organization has positively impacted over 50 communities and worked with tens of thousands of players and coaches, operating partnerships with local recreation departments in Arlington and Needham.
