Shamrock Soccer Academy

Shamrock Soccer Academy is a youth soccer club based in Ridgewood, NJ that focuses on developing technically skilled players through patient teaching and consistent messaging. Led by trainer Aidan McCluskey, the club emphasizes creating confident, comfortable players who can make good decisions under pressure. The academy offers training programs from kindergarten through high school, with a philosophy centered on passing on the love of the game while developing fundamentals, good technique, and intelligence. They utilize the TRACE iD video intelligence system to help with college recruitment for older players.
