Real Futbol Academy is a premier youth soccer program based in Medford, New Jersey, founded in 2016 (formerly Real Jersey Football Club). The club competes at the highest levels of youth soccer including MLS NEXT, Girls Academy, and National Academy League. RFA has strong ties to the Philadelphia Union and access to their premier player development platform. The club's philosophy centers on grit, passion, and excellence while developing exceptional talent from local tournaments to national championships, collegiate programs, and professional arenas.
