North Jersey FC

North Jersey FC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit soccer club based in northern New Jersey, redeveloped in Fall 2021 from the former North Jersey FC and JC Motown organizations. The club operates across multiple levels including a youth Academy (competing in EDP and the Mid-Atlantic Premier League under NPL), a Summer U23 program, and a Men's First Team in the Garden State Soccer League A Division. Their philosophy, called 'The NJFC Way,' emphasizes a fifth pillar of player development—Lifestyle—alongside the traditional psychological, technical, tactical, and physical pillars. The club is committed to making soccer accessible to all players regardless of ability, from recreational participants to college-bound athletes, while keeping travel reasonable for youth players. NJFC youth teams currently serve the 2007–2010 birth year age groups in NPL competition, with EDP league play across all levels.
