About
NextPlay Soccer School is a Concord, MA-based soccer program founded in 1998 as Slocum Soccer School, exclusively serving female athletes. The school operates from Concord-Carlisle High School and offers two main programs: a summer Day Camp for girls 3rd-9th grade and High School Prep training for girls 8th-12th grade. Founded by Nancy Slocum with a focus on providing strong female role models and empowering environments, the program emphasizes ACL injury prevention, technical skill development, and maintaining low player-to-coach ratios. In 2025, the program was renamed NextPlay Soccer School and is now directed by Kate Grant and Caitlin Pickul.
