New York Red Bulls

New York Red Bulls Youth & Academy is based in Harrison, NJ, and operates one of the most established MLS youth development systems in the country. The club runs a tiered pathway from grassroots Regional Development Schools (RDS) — launched in 2010 as the first MLS satellite-based pre-academy system — through competitive Academy teams competing in MLS NEXT and the National Academy League. Over 95% of Academy players have progressed through the RDS program, demonstrating the effectiveness of the club's development pipeline. The Red Bulls philosophy emphasizes technical execution, decision-making, and comfort under pressure, with year-round training opportunities spanning fall, winter, spring, and summer. The club also fields Red Bulls II in MLS NEXT Pro, providing a clear professional pathway for top youth prospects.
