About
First Touch Soccer Academy (FTSA) is a youth soccer organization based in Montclair/Caldwell, New Jersey, operating under the MKA Soccer banner. The academy is owned by Rob Leather, who was named 2023 Essex HS Coach of the Year. FTSA offers comprehensive training programs from youth development through high school levels, including technical training, futsal, strength and conditioning, and goalkeeper-specific programs. The club maintains partnerships with organizations like Bridge Athletics for strength and conditioning instruction and provides both seasonal training clinics and summer camp programs.
