First Touch Soccer Academy (FTSA) is based in Montclair, New Jersey and operates from a PO Box in Caldwell, NJ. The academy is owned by Rob Leather, who was named the 2023 Essex HS Coach of the Year. FTSA offers comprehensive soccer training including technical, tactical, and futsal programs, as well as strength and conditioning through their partnership with Bridge Athletics. The academy operates multiple specialized camps and has connections to Montclair Kimberley Academy (MKA), with their teams competing at high school level including Essex County competitions.
