About
Minneapolis United Soccer Club (MU) is a Minnesota non-profit youth amateur soccer organization based in Minneapolis, MN, serving players from age 4 through 19U. The club offers both a Summer Recreational program (capped at 1,200 players, ages 4-14, based at Pearl Park) and a year-round Competitive program for players 8U through 19U. MU's top boys teams (13U and older) compete in MLS NEXT Academy Division beginning in 2025-26, while other teams participate in TCSL, MYSA, ECNL/RL, NPL, and USYS National League. The club emphasizes player development, community, and inclusivity, with professional winter training included at no additional cost for competitive players. MU fields use facilities including Academy of Holy Angels, Elliot Park, Parade Stadium, and Winter Park for training.

Tryout Schedule
Competitive tryout registration is open for boys and girls 8U through 19U for the 2026-27 season. Tryout registration begins in July: 8U-11U tryouts are held in mid-July, 12U and older in late July. A registration link is available on the club website.
