Metropolitan Oval

Metropolitan Oval Academy, established in 1925, is an elite youth soccer development club based in Queens, New York, making it one of the oldest continuously operating clubs in the country. The club operates a Youth Center of Excellence in Queens featuring a state-of-the-art synthetic field, gym, locker rooms, and offices, with additional locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Long Island. Met Oval focuses on boys programming through professional and collegiate pathways, and has placed over 50 youth players into MLS and international academies in just four years. The club prides itself on developing elite-level talent from diverse backgrounds, reflecting the multicultural fabric of New York City. Met Oval participates in the MLS NEXT league and is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025.
