Keystone Athletic, also known as HEX FC, is a youth soccer club based in Harrisburg, PA with facilities in Stroudsburg. The club competes in the EDP Soccer League and offers programs from Rising Starz for ages 4-10 up to competitive teams including a successful 2007 Girls Black team that became USYS Regional Champions and ranked #2 in the nation. The club operates multiple divisions including KA Classic, HEX FC-1, and HEX FC-2, and also features a U23 women's program. Keystone Athletic maintains multiple training facilities and has connections to West Ham International Academy.
