Ketcha Outdoors is a year-round charitable non-profit organization located in Scarborough, Maine, serving the southern Maine community with youth development, family enrichment, and summer day camping programs. Founded on 107 acres of meadows, forests, streams, and wetlands, Ketcha focuses on getting children, youth, and families outdoors to appreciate nature. The organization operates summer day camps, after-school programs, school vacation camps, and Farm and Forest Preschool. They emphasize equitable access to outdoor experiences and gear, promoting well-being, sustainability, and resilient communities. Ketcha maintains low staff-to-camper ratios and requires all staff to undergo background checks and hold First Aid and CPR certifications.
