About

Ketcha Outdoors is a year-round charitable non-profit organization serving the southern Maine community since at least 2000, operating on 107 acres of meadows, forests, streams, and wetlands in Scarborough, ME. The organization focuses on youth development, family enrichment, and outdoor education through programs including summer day camps, after school programs, Farm and Forest Preschool, and school vacation camps. Their mission is to provide equitable access to outdoor experiences and gear, promoting well-being, sustainability, and resilient communities. Ketcha emphasizes nature-based learning and getting children, youth, and families outdoors to appreciate what nature has to offer.
