About
Houston Rangers is a competitive youth soccer club based in Houston, TX, dedicated to raising the standard of player development in the region. The club offers highly competitive programs for boys and girls born between 2006 and 2011 (with some programs extending to 2014-2016), competing in MLS Next, Texas Academy League, and the Development Player League. The boys program competes in both the Homegrown and Academy Divisions of MLS Next alongside top clubs and MLS academies including Houston Dynamo, FC Dallas, and Sporting Kansas City. The girls program is led by a coach with direct experience developing USWNT players such as Sophia Smith and Mallory Pugh. The club's technical staff includes decorated former professionals, highlighted by Technical Director Josh Gardner, a two-time MLS Cup champion and former LA Galaxy and Sporting KC player.
