Hauppauge is a technology company headquartered in Hauppauge, NY, about 40 miles east of New York City, that has been bringing TV to PC since 1992. The company is the worldwide leader in developing and manufacturing PC-based TV tuners, data broadcast receivers and video capture products. Hauppauge's flagship product is the WinTV TV tuner card for PCs, and they also produce the HD PVR family of high definition video recorders. The company operates globally with research and development in the U.S., Germany and Taiwan, and sales offices across multiple countries. This appears to be a technology hardware company rather than a youth soccer club.
