About
Gates Youth Soccer League is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1975 in Rochester, NY. The club operates both recreational house soccer and competitive travel soccer (Metros FC) for boys and girls ages 4-19. Travel teams compete in the Rochester District Youth Soccer League (RDYSL) covering Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans and Wayne counties. The club emphasizes developing skilled players and strong individuals in an inclusive environment while fostering a lifelong passion for soccer through teamwork, sportsmanship, and fitness. They host an annual soccer tournament that has been running since 1987.
