Folsom Lake Surf

Folsom Lake Surf Soccer Club is a competitive youth soccer club based in Folsom, CA, serving the Northern California region. Originally known as Folsom Lake Earthquakes (FLEQ), the club rebranded in early 2020 following a five-year affiliation agreement with San Diego-based Surf Sports. The club offers multiple levels of play including Premier and Elite divisions, as well as recreational programming, and emphasizes elite player development through professional coaching. Their playing philosophy is built on playing through the thirds, dominating 1v1s, controlling possession, and an aggressive attack-minded mentality. The club has achieved national recognition, including boys teams promoted to ECNL, and offers college exposure resources, summer camps, clinics, and tournaments including the Halloween Classic and Surf Challenge Cup.
