FC Dutchmen Premier

FC Dutchmen Surf is a full-service soccer club founded in 2005 and based out of Guilderland, New York, serving the Capital District region. The club has grown to over 800 players across 115+ teams in its 15-year history, with over 400 participating in travel soccer programs. They offer a comprehensive pathway from grassroots to collegiate level through their GSRP recreation program (ages 3-13), Academy program (U8-U12), and Premier program (U12-U19). The club focuses on three key components: coaching, organization, and facilities, including their new indoor training facility called The Warehouse. FC Dutchmen Surf emphasizes a four-pillar development model covering technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects using GROW-based coaching methodology.
