About
FC Cincinnati Academy is the elite youth development program of Major League Soccer club FC Cincinnati, founded in 2015 and based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The academy operates from the Mercy Health Training Center and participates in MLS NEXT competition. The program focuses on developing the region's top male players for college soccer, youth national teams, and professional organizations, offering five age groups from U-13 through U-18. FC Cincinnati won the 2023 MLS Supporters' Shield and plays at TQL Stadium, providing a direct professional pathway for academy players.
