Dutchmen FC

Dutchmen FC is a Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based youth soccer club that develops confident, intelligent players through a consistent club-wide methodology. The club operates as a non-profit organization, focusing on quality over quantity by serving both boys and girls in an academy environment outside of the MLS NEXT system. Their girls side is called Shore Fire, maintaining the same standards and development pathway. The club provides a clear pathway from MOSA to EDP with coaching continuity while preserving a family atmosphere. Their program aims to help each player achieve their soccer goals, whether playing at an elite high school level, being recruited to college programs, or pursuing professional careers.
