About

DC Eleven Football Club (DCXI), based in Washington D.C. and rooted in the Takoma neighborhood, was formed in 2019 through a merger of Jouons Football Club and the Washington Youth Soccer Association (WYSA). The club operates as an elite youth soccer academy with a mission to prepare footballers for the global stage through technical skill, tactical intelligence, and personal growth. DCXI offers a range of programs including an Elite Academy, Tots program, Scorpion League (in-house outdoor/futsal), summer camps, clinics, and a pro pathway (DCXI PRO). The club runs a 501(c)3 nonprofit to provide scholarships and donation-based programs, ensuring socioeconomic barriers do not prevent participation. DCXI distinguishes itself through long-term player development philosophy, community partnerships with organizations like the Department of Parks and Recreation, and a holistic approach that emphasizes character, inclusivity, and competitiveness.
