Connecticut United Football Club is a professional soccer club founded in 2024 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, owned by Connecticut Sports Group. The club operates as the fifth independent professional men's soccer club in MLS NEXT Pro and is targeting a 2025 launch with a new state-of-the-art stadium in Bridgeport. CT United Academy is the only free youth soccer academy for boys in Connecticut operated by a professional team, serving as members of MLS NEXT. The club embodies core values of community, excellence, and innovation while providing a pathway for youth players to progress from academy to professional contracts with CT United FC or careers in MLS and abroad.
