About
Connecticut Sports Center is a multi-sport facility located in Woodbridge, CT, founded in 1997 by F. Tyson Krause, a former Springfield College volleyball player and nationally certified coach. The facility features an indoor turf field, 5 volleyball courts, 3 full-size basketball courts, and a café with bar, conveniently located off exit 59 on the Merritt Parkway. The club is best known for its CT Juniors volleyball program, which started in 1989 and offers comprehensive training from recreational to elite travel levels. While primarily focused on volleyball, the facility also offers youth soccer, basketball, and adult leagues, serving as Connecticut's premier indoor sports destination.
