Columbus Crew SC operates a comprehensive youth development program as part of the professional MLS organization based in Columbus, Ohio. The club features an Academy system competing in MLS NEXT and National Academy League, developing elite players within the professional club environment. The youth programs benefit from access to world-class facilities including ScottsMiracle-Gro Field and the OhioHealth Performance Center. The Academy is led by experienced coaching staff with comprehensive support including performance coaches, sports scientists, and athletic trainers.
