About

Central Coast United Soccer Club (CCU) is based in San Luis Obispo, CA, operating primarily out of facilities including CMT Ranch in Santa Maria and Cal Poly's Spanos Stadium. The club fields both boys and girls teams ranging from ages 6 through U19, competing in leagues including the Development Player League, Elite Academy League, and the newly selected National 1 League for select girls teams in the 2026-27 season. CCU's coaching infrastructure is led by former USMNT head coach Steve Sampson and includes technical advisors with MLS, collegiate, and international experience. The club's philosophy centers on elite player development, tactical understanding, and creating pathways to collegiate and professional soccer.
