Capital Elite FC

Capital Elite FC is a premier girls soccer club located in New York's Capital Region, focused on helping female players ages 6-19 develop competitiveness and skills necessary for high-level soccer. The club operates with an academy-style approach and low player-to-coach ratio, allowing licensed coaches to focus on individual player development with emphasis on attacking abilities and confidence with the ball. Capital Elite FC was formed by Capital Region female soccer clubs joining forces, prioritizing technical skills training and continuing coach education. The club believes developing player self-confidence is key to growth both on and off the field.
