BVBIA Maryland is a youth soccer club based in the Gaithersburg, Maryland area, powered by the Borussia Dortmund brand and methodology. The club offers a structured player pathway starting from ages 3-5 (Mini/Little Bees) through competitive U8-U14 teams, with aspirations for a School of Excellence and college placement program. Training follows the Borussia Dortmund methodology, adapted by licensed coaches, with a philosophy centered on technical development, mental resilience, and character. The club distinguishes itself with a pathway to international experiences including trips to Germany to train at the BVB Football Academy in Dortmund. BVBIA Maryland is operated by Player Development Academies International, LLC and emphasizes equity, access, and genuine opportunity for all players.

Tryout Schedule
Summer supplemental tryouts for U8-U14 boys teams with available roster spots. Final open evaluation session: Wednesday, July 29, 2026, 7-8pm at Robertson Park (upper grass fields), 801 Rabbit Road, Gaithersburg. Tryout evaluations take place during a ball mastery skills clinic. Tryouts are free of charge. Players unable to attend can contact info@bvbia-maryland.com.
