About
Boreal FC is a youth soccer club based in Elk River, MN, formed in Fall 2020 through the merger of Three Rivers Soccer Association and North Metro Soccer Association. The club serves the Twin Cities North Metro area, offering both competitive and recreational programs for players from U4 through college commitment and beyond. Boreal FC's competitive program provides multiple levels of play, with elite teams competing regionally and nationally, while recreational programs serve over 1,600 players across communities including Andover, Anoka, Big Lake, Coon Rapids, Elk River, Rogers, Otsego, and others. The club also fields a UPSL Women's team and emphasizes player development alongside character building. Their philosophy focuses on developing the whole person — technical, tactical, and character growth — for players of all abilities.
